Abstract
У дисертації здійснено комплексне наукове дослідження теоретичних і практичних питань сучасної реалізації принципу змагальності в кримінальному процесі. У результаті проведеного дослідження сформульовано ряд нових наукових положень та висновків, запропонованих особисто дисертантом.
This dissertation is a comprehensive scientific study of theoretical and practical issues of modern implementation of the 377 adversarial principle in criminal procedure. As a result of the study, a number of new scientific provisions and conclusions proposed by the author were formulated.
