Правове регулювання інвестиційної безпеки – складова фінансової безпеки держави

Abstract

У статті розкривається вплив правового забезпечення інвестиційної безпеки держави на рівень фінансової безпеки загалом. У статті наголошується, що для ефективного державного регулювання інвестиційної безпеки необхідно гармонізувати інтереси держави й частку капіталу шляхом вироблення принципів та погодження орієнтирів і завдань розвитку, а також механізмів їхнього досягнення.

Paper reveals the impact of the legal support of investment security of the state on the level of financial security of the state as a whole. Paper stipulates that it is necessary to harmonize the interests of the state and private capital through the development of principles and agreed benchmarks and development objectives and mechanisms for achieving them. The role and place of the investment security of the state were indicated in the provision of citizens’ welfare in our state.
