Abstract

The investment activity of the enterprise characterizes the current state of development of the enterprise, and also provides the business entity with additional sources of economic benefits. The issue of investment methods and directions is critical for the company's management staff and determines the vector of further development of the enterprise, in the case of appropriate management, investment activities can reduce the impact of negative factors on the enterprise's activities, prevent crisis situations. That is why the problem of increasing the efficiency of investment activities at the enterprise is relevant and timely at the current stage of the development of economic relations. In Ukraine, a reasonable system of supporting the investment activities of enterprises has not yet been created. This became one of the reasons for the catastrophic decline in investment activity in the country, which exceeds the rate of decline in economic development indicators.
