Аналіз стану фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства фармацевтичної галузі

Abstract

В статті розглянуто методику здійснення аналізу стану фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства фармацевтичної галузі. Метою статті є визначення підходів та здійснення аналізу стану фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства фармацевтичної галузі на прикладі Приватного акціонерного товариства «Київмедпрепарат». Для досягнення мети у статті проведено аналіз основних фінансових показників діяльності підприємства фармацевтичної галузі, визначено фінансову стійкість підприємства, проведено розрахунки та визначено запас фінансової стійкості, при якому не буде ні прибутку ні збитку. Проведено оцінку фінансової стійкості підприємства за абсолютними показниками. За допомогою даних фінансової звітності фармацевтичного підприємства розраховано відносні показники оцінки капіталу, поточних активів, результативності діяльності та ринкової стійкості. Аналіз показників підтвердив, що підприємство функціонує у нормальному режимі.

The article examines the methodology for analyzing the state of financial and economic activity of an enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry based on the Private Joint Stock Company "Kyivmedpreparat". With the help of financial analysis of economic activity, it is possible to forecast the further development of the enterprise, make recommendations for making management decisions, increase competitiveness, obtain maximum profit, etc. The purpose of the article is to define approaches and carry out an analysis of the state of financial and economic activity of a pharmaceutical industry enterprise using the example of the Private Joint Stock Company "Kyivmedpreparat". To achieve the purpose, the article analyzes the main financial indicators, financial stability, financial stability assessment, and calculates relative indicators. In the course of the analysis, the main financial indicators of the enterprise of the pharmaceutical industry were determined, the financial stability of the enterprise was determined, calculations were made, and a reserve of financial stability was determined, at which there would be neither profit nor loss. The financial stability of the enterprise was assessed in terms of absolute indicators. With the help of data from the financial statements of the pharmaceutical enterprise, the relative indicators of the assessment of capital, current assets, performance and market stability were calculated. The company uses the IFS Applications™ ERP system. Automation of technological processes of a pharmaceutical company using the IFS Applications™ ERP system ensures efficient use of production capacity, allows you to plan stocks, implement warehouse automation, manage order fulfillment terms, increase turnover of finished products, analyze enterprise performance indicators, perform all quality control processes and develop new Medicines. The analysis showed that the enterprise functions quite well, the indicators are normal, although there are certain deteriorations, but this may be the reason for the decrease in the level of efficiency of the economy as a whole in Ukraine. Private joint-stock company "Kyivmedpreparat" is considered one of the best factories in Ukraine, therefore the indicators of its financial and economic activity are mostly normal. The introduction of modern technologies provides the necessary prerequisites for obtaining high-quality and truthful information for the development of effective management decisions.
