Abstract

В роботі узагальнено сутнісні характеристики понять «криза» і «антикризове управління», визначено особливості та принципи антикризових механізмів на рівні органів місцевого самоврядування, здійснено порівняльний аналіз стану доходів і видатків бюджету Бучанської міської ради з 2018 по 2022 рр. та 2023 рік, розроблено практичні інструменти формування механізмів антикризового управління територіальної громади та розроблено рекомендації до формування механізмів антикризового управління та напрямків їхнього удосконалення системи управління в Бучанській міській радіThe work summarizes the essential characteristics of the concepts "crisis" and "anti-crisis management", features and principles are defined anti-crisis mechanisms at the level of local self-government bodies, a comparative analysis of the state of budget revenues and expenditures was carried out of the Buchansk City Council from 2018 to 2022 and 2023, developed practical tools for the formation of anti-crisis management mechanisms of the territorial community and developed recommendations for the formation of anti-crisis management mechanisms and directions of their improvement of the management system in the Buchansk City Council
