Abstract

The concept of circular economy is based on recycling, which affects the transformation of a wide range of planning processes, provides an increase in the life cycle of products. The concept of a circular economy enhances the competitiveness potential of an industrial enterprise by providing a resource base through reuse, modernization, recovery and recycling (recycling). Circular economy has different forms: "circular economy", a closed cycle of production. However, all forms reflect a pre-industrial approach to almost all forms of economic activity of industrial enterprises, where the balances of raw materials and products from production processes are processed in successive stages to ensure the most efficient use of raw materials and reduce waste. According to Directive 2000/53 / EC (ELV), recycling means recycling in the process of producing waste for the original purpose or for other purposes, but excluding energy recovery. Energy recovery means the use of combustible waste as a means of producing energy by direct incineration with or without other waste, but with heat recovery. The conceptualization of the development of machine-building enterprises in the emergent economy determines the management of the financial mechanism of enterprises on the basis of impact investment, which is aimed at the concept of mixed value. This concept aims to reconcile the volume of financial and socio-environmental investments, which uses tools to consolidate incompatible values, such as the greatest efficiency of enterprises and ensuring socio-environmentally significant goals. o conceptualize the development of machine-building enterprises, it is advisable to move to a circular type of production, using the available opportunities and resources directly in Ukraine. The proposed concept of recycling a car on an internal combustion engine to e-mobile according to the requirements of EVRO V and EVRO VI will activate the latent emergent properties and vectorize them for positive effects.
