Abstract
Досліджено нормативно-правові засади, що регламентують процедуру розпорядження конфіскованими активами та майном вилученим за порушення митного законодавства. Проаналізовано національні особливості регулювання досліджуваної сфери митних правоввідносин.
The legal framework regulating the procedure for disposal of confiscated assets and property seized for violation of customs legislation is investigated. National peculiarities of regulation of the studied sphere of customs legal relations are analyzed.
