Abstract

The master's research examines the dynamics of theoretically grounded and empirically characterized features of the psychological climate in the organization's team, developed comprehensive and effective strategies for finding ways to improve it in order to ensure optimal conditions for labor productivity. According to the results of the research, theoretical and empirical foundations for studying the socio-psychological climate were formed, and a training program "Ways of forming a favorable psychological climate in the organization's team" was also developed. The results obtained can be used in the practical activities of psychologists, heads of educational institutions and business organizations, as well as for the implementation of training programs aimed at optimizing interpersonal interaction and increasing the efficiency of collective work.
