Письмові процесуальні документи досудового розслідування податкових злочинів: практикум

Abstract

Навчальний посібник «Письмові процесуальні документи досудового розслідування податкових злочинів: практикум» підготовлений кафедрою фінансових розслідувань Університету державної фіскальної служби України за сприяння слідчих СУ ФР ГУ ДФС у м. Києві на підставі вивчення змісту понад трьох тисяч письмових процесуальних документів, які були застосовані під час досудового розслідування податкових злочинів протягом 2013-2015 років. Навчальний посібник містить майже сто зразків типових процесуальних документів, пояснювальні тексти до кожного з них та бланки цих документів, що адаптовані до потреб практики досудового розслідування податкових злочинів. Представлені документи згруповані у десять розділів з урахуванням основних правових процедур, які застосовуються під час досудового розслідування податкових злочинів, особливостей процесу збирання (отримання) доказів за формування їх процесуальних джерел.

The textbook "Written Procedural Documents of Pre-Trial Investigation of Tax Crimes: Practicum" was prepared by the Department of Financial Investigations of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine with the assistance of investigators of the Investigative Directorate of the Federal Treasury of the Main Directorate of the State Fiscal Service in Kyiv on the basis of studying the content of more than three thousand written procedural documents that were used during the pre-trial investigation of tax crimes during 2013-2015. The textbook contains almost a hundred samples of standard procedural documents, explanatory texts for each of them and forms of these documents, which are adapted to the needs of the practice of pre-trial investigation of tax crimes. The presented documents are grouped into ten sections, taking into account the main legal procedures used during the pre-trial investigation of tax crimes, the peculiarities of the process of collecting (obtaining) evidence for the formation of their procedural sources.
