Освіта у вищих навчальних закладах в умовах воєнного стану в Україні

Abstract

Сфера освіти, як і всі сфери життя суспільства, зазнала великих змін в умовах воєнного стану. Всупереч найскладнішому часу в Україні у вищих навчальних закладах освітній процес здійснюється у дистанційному або змішаному форматі, в залежності від того як дозволяє безпекова ситуація. Для української освітньої системи це випробовування стало ще й своєрідним стимулом, який відкрив вікно нових можливостей, ставши каталізатором давно назрілих модернізаційних змін в освіті. Пропонуються різні шляхи їх вирішення, одним із яких є інформатизація освіти. В свою чергу, інформатизація дозволяє ефективно розвивати різні сучасні педагогічні технології щодо застосуванням технологій дистанційного навчання. В статті розкрита сутність поняття «дистанційне навчання», охарактеризовано переваги дистанційних технологій, проаналізовано ефективність впровадження дистанційного навчання для здобувачів вищої освіти. Система вищої освіти спрямована на збільшення частки самостійної роботи здобувача вищої освіти (далі - ЗВО) над навчальним матеріалом: скорочуються аудиторні години на вивчення предметів; зростає об’єм навчального матеріалу, що виноситься на самостійне опрацювання тощо. Очевидно, що зростає потреба у використання ІКТ у процесі навчання. В свою чергу використання дистанційного навчання у вищій освіті розв’язує проблеми індивідуалізації, інтенсифікації та оптимізації навчання, є найбільш логічною та природною еволюцією традиційної моделі навчання під час війни або інших форс-мажорних обставин.

The purpose of the article is to consider the theoretical and methodological foundations of distance learning in the field of physical culture and sports, namely: scientific approaches, didactic principles, means, methods and forms of organization of the distance learning process under martial law. Objectives of the study. To investigate the organizational features of education under martial law. To offer methodical approaches and modern technologies of the educational process. Research methods. To achieve the goal, the following general scientific methods of research were used: description, analysis and synthesis of the subject of research, specification, comparison. The sphere of education, like all spheres of social life, underwent great changes in the conditions of martial law. Despite the most difficult time in Ukraine, the educational process in higher educational institutions is carried out in a distance or mixed format, depending on what the security situation allows. For the Ukrainian educational system, this test became a kind of incentive that opened a window of new opportunities, becoming a catalyst for long-overdue modernization changes in education. Different ways of solving them are proposed, one of which is the informatization of education. In turn, informatization allows to effectively develop various modern pedagogical technologies in relation to the use of distance learning technologies. The article reveals the essence of the concept of “distance learning”, characterizes the advantages of distance technologies, analyzes the effectiveness of the implementation of distance learning for students of higher education. The system of higher education is aimed at increasing the share of independent work of the student of higher education (hereinafter - ZVO) on educational material: classroom hours for studying subjects are reduced; the amount of educational material that is submitted for independent processing, etc., is increasing. It is obvious that there is a growing need for the use of ICT in the educational process. In turn, the use of distance learning in higher education solves the problems of individualization, intensification and optimization of learning, is the most logical and natural evolution of the traditional model of learning during war or other force majeure circumstances.
