Аналіз результатів застосування програми психологічного забезпечення професійного здоров’я менеджерів торговельних підприємств під час війни

Abstract

У статті представлено результати аналізу впливу програми психологічного забезпечення професійного здоров’я менеджерів торговельних підприємств під час війни. Про це свідчать позитивні зміни показників методик, які діагностують рівень професійного здоров’я менеджерів торговельних підприємств експериментальної групи. Визначено суттєве поліпшення загального індексу шкали здоров’я та його змінних, загального індексу шкали способу життя, індексу ресурсності, зниження показників професійного вигоряння, підвищення загального рівня професійної життєстійкості. Такі позитивні зміни зумовили поліпшення професійного здоров’я менеджерів торговельних підприємств експериментальної групи в умовах війни з низького рівня до середнього.The article presents the results of the analysis of the impact of the program of psychological support for professional health of managers of commercial enterprises during the war. This is evidenced by positive changes in the indicators of the methods that diagnose the level of professional health of managers of commercial enterprises of the experimental group. A significant improvement in the general index of the health scale and its variables, the general index of the lifestyle scale, the resourcefulness index, a decrease in professional burnout indicators, and an increase in the general level of professional resilience were determined. Such positive changes led to an improvement in the professional health of managers of commercial enterprises of the experimental group in war conditions from a low level to an average one.
