Економіка територіальної громади

Abstract

Актуальність навчального посібника «Економіка територіальної громади» обумовлена тим, що в Україні відбулася реформа територіальної організації влади, місцевого самоврядування на засадах децентралізації зі зростанням повноважень територіальних громад – одиниць базового рівня адміністративно-територіального поділу, які отримали бюджетну самостійність. У посібнику розміщено 12 тем: адміністративно-територіальний устрій України; досвід реформування адміністративно-територіального устрою в країнах ЄС; територіальні громади як суб’єкти місцевого самоврядування в системі адміністративно-територіального устрою; ресурсне забезпечення економічного розвитку територіальних громад; місцевий економічний розвиток; профіль територіальної громади; діагностика стану територіальної громади як основа планування її розвитку та ін. Призначений для здобувачів вищої світи другого (магістерського) рівня (денної та заочної форм навчання), галузь знань 05 «Соціальні та поведінкові науки», спеціальність 051 «Економіка» та повністю відповідає ОПП «Економіка міста та регіону», робочій програмі навчальної дисципліни «Економіка територіальної громади». The relevance of the textbook "Economics of a Territorial Community" is due to the fact that Ukraine has undergone a reform of the territorial organization of power and local self-government on the basis of decentralization with the growth of powers of territorial communities - units of the basic level of administrative-territorial division that have received budgetary independence. The textbook contains 12 topics: administrative and territorial structure of Ukraine; experience of reforming the administrative and territorial structure in the EU countries; territorial communities as subjects of local self-government in the system of administrative and territorial structure; resource support for economic development of territorial communities; local economic development; profile of a territorial community; diagnostics of the state of a territorial community as a basis for planning its development, etc. It is intended for applicants for higher education of the second (master's) level (full-time and part-time), field of knowledge 05 "Social and Behavioral Sciences", specialty 051 "Economics" and fully corresponds to the EPP "City and Regional Economics", the work program of the discipline "Economics of the Territorial Community".
