Abstract
У статті досліджуються проблеми причин і умов злочинів, скоєних організованими злочинними групами. Аналізуються наукові думки щодо поняття, видів і сутності детермінантів організованої злочинності серед відомих учених Виділено окремі групи наукових напрацювань присвячених проблематиці запобігання організованій злочинності.
The article investigates problems causes and conditions crimes are committed by organized criminal organizations.
