Abstract

In the dissertation work, a scientific task in the field of public administration is solved regarding the substantiation and systematization of theoretical and legal aspects of the development of mechanisms of information and communication interaction of public administration bodies with the public, development of a comprehensive approach and scientific and practical proposals for increasing the effectiveness of the mechanisms of interaction of public administration bodies with the public and the quality of information and communication services in the context of European integration.
