Abstract

The paper conducts an analysis of the pressing issue – the psychological conditions shaping feedback in the IT industry. It explores the significance of interpersonal factors and the characteristics of the psychological climate within IT companies. Methodological recommendations have been developed for the psychological conditions of effective feedback, highlighting their positive impact on organizational communication in the IT sector. The obtained results allow for the formulation of recommendations for managers and employees, contributing to the enhancement of feedback effectiveness.
