Теоретико-прикладні основи запобігання злочинності у сфері інформаційних технологій

Abstract

У монографії висвітлено поняття інформаційної безпеки як одного з основних напрямів кримінологічної політики України, визначено стан наукових досліджень злочинності у сфері інформаційних технологій, охарактеризовано генезис дослідження проблематики злочинності у сфері інформаційних технологій, визначено поняття злочинності у сфері інформаційних технологій, сформовано кримінологічний портрет особи злочинця, що вчиняє кримінальні правопорушення у сфері інформаційних технологій, охарактеризовано види кримінальних правопорушень у сфері інформаційних технологій, висвітлено нормативно-правове забезпечення запобігання цього виду злочинності, а також запобігання злочинності у сфері інформаційних технологій в умовах воєнного стану в Україні.The monograph highlights the concept of information security as one of the main directions of criminological policy of Ukraine, the state of scientific research on crime in the field of information technology, characterizes the genesis of research on crime in the field of information technology, the concept of crime in the field of information technology, the criminological portrait of the criminal is formed, who commits criminal offenses in the field of information technology, characterized the types of criminal offenses in the field of information technology technologies, and the regulatory and legal ensuring the prevention of this type of crime, and as well as prevention of crime in the field of information technology technologies in the context of martial law in Ukraine.
