Психологічні особливості копінг-поведінки підлітків в процесі подолання стресових ситуацій

Abstract

У статті розглядаються проблеми, пов’язані з особливостями копінг-поведінки підлітків. Проаналізовані поняття «стрес», «копінг», «копінг-поведінка», «долаюча поведінка», «копінг-стратегії», «копінг-ресурси», «підліток», «підлітковий вік», «стресові ситуації». Зазначається, що в умовах зростання кількості й різноманітності стресових ситуацій зміна структури соціальних ролей, засвоєння нових цінностей та норм, розвиток самосвідомості та поглиблення рефлексії, негативні переживання, пов’язані з підлітковою кризою, почуття дорослості, нестійка самооцінка, прискорені психофізіологічні зміни, страх бути невизнаним тощо є потужними стрес-чинниками, які породжують різні за силою та інтенсивністю стресові стани у підлітків. Підкреслено, що у підлітків домінуючою реакцією на стресові ситуації є реакція протесту, символічна втеча з екстремальних ситуацій або спроби зробити конструктивний висновок з минулих невдач. Віковою нормою для підлітка є емоційний рівень реагування на «шкідливості» життя.

The article discusses problems associated with the peculiarities of coping behavior of adolescents. The concepts of such terms as "stress", "coping", "coping behavior", "overcoming behavior", "coping strategies", "coping resources", "adolescent", "adolescence", "a stressful situation" are analyzed. It is noted that under such circumstances as growing number and variety of stressful situations, the change in the structure of social roles, acquiring new values and norms, development of self-awareness and deepening reflection, negative experiences related to adolescent crisis, sense of maturity, unstable self-esteem, accelerated physiological changes, fear of being unrecognized are powerful stress-factors that cause different strength and intensity of stress for teenagers. Emphasized that the dominant reaction of adolescents to a stressful situation is the reaction of protest, a symbolic escape from extreme situations or attempts to make a constructive conclusion from past failures. The age norm for a teenager is an emotional level of response to the hazards of life. It is noted that in adolescence own individual style of coping with stress (coping style) is not formed. Often adolescents use non-adaptive coping strategies that will adversely affect their current status and may have a negative influence on the adaptive capacity in adulthood.
