Abstract

Дисертація присвячена обґрунтуванню теоретичних положень і розробці рекомендацій з удосконалення бухгалтерського обліку та контролю доходів і витрат підприємств готельного господарства, що сприяє удосконаленню обліково-інформаційного забезпечення впровадження енергозбереження в умовах управління рентабельністю підприємства готельного господарства.The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical statements as well as development of the recommendations for improving accounting for and control over the revenues and expenses of the hotel industry enterprises, which contributes to the improvement of accounting and information support of energy saving under profitability management of the enterprise of the hotel industry.
