Теоретичні засади організації корпоративної безпеки підприємств та установ

Abstract

Організація безпеки розвитку бізнесу або державних підприємств та установ відіграє не останню роль у їх існуванні. За структурою вона може бути різною в залежності від фінансових можливостей підприємств не зважаючи на форми їх власності. В свою чергу корпоративна безпека це модель, яка включає комплекс заходів, мета яких полягає у захисті технічних засобів, фінансів та документації компанії в процесі адаптації до ринкових відносин у суспільстві. Зміст, організація підготовка за даним напрямом включають в себе насичення різноманітними ситуаційними моделями, в яких динаміка супроводжується постійним осмисленням обставин, організацією власних (групових) дій та конкурента. Змодельовані задачі повинні виконуватись в різний час доби. При опитуванні експертів в області охорони були визначені категорії працівників, які можуть розглядатись на фахівців з корпоративної безпеки. В залежності від напряму роботи і визначаються їх специфічні умови роботи та критерії відбору фахівців з безпеки. Власне не останню роль відіграє освіта, володіння зброєю, фізичні якості, аналітичні властивості, стаж практичної роботи в правоохоронних органах або інших військових формувань тощо.

The organization of security for the development of businesses or state-owned enterprises and institutions plays an important role in their existence. Its structure may vary depending on the financial capabilities of enterprises, regardless of their form of ownership. In turn, corporate security is a model that includes a set of measures aimed at protecting the company's technical resources, finances, and documentation in the process of adapting to market relations in society. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities,” it is aimed at organizing and implementing security measures to ensure the inviolability and integrity of buildings, structures, territories, water areas, vehicles, currency values, securities, and other movable and immovable property, with the aim of preventing and/or stopping illegal actions against it, preserving its physical condition, stopping unauthorized access to it, and ensuring that the owner of this property exercises all of their powers in relation to it. The content and organization of classes in this area of training include a variety of situational models in which the dynamics are accompanied by constant reflection on the circumstances, one's own actions, and those of competitors. Simulated tasks should be performed at different times. Based on the results of an international conference and a survey of security experts, categories of employees who can be considered corporate security specialists were identified. Specific conditions and criteria for selecting security specialists are determined depending on the area of work. Education, weapon proficiency, physical qualities, analytical skills, practical experience in law enforcement agencies or other military formations, etc. play an important role. The authors expanded the structure of corporate security and added several forms of security, namely the concepts of corporate ethics, compliance, digitalization of society, and the use of artificial intelligence.
