Склад витрат і доходів готелів України як об'єкт бухгалтерського обліку

Abstract

В статті обґрунтовано важливість дослідження питання формування і складу витрат виробництва, собівартості продукції, а також питання отримання доходу підприємствами готельного господарства для оцінки рівня рентабельності надання готельних послуг. На основі вивчення галузевих особливостей діяльності підприємств готельного господарства, виділені ознаки класифікації витрат і доходів підприємств готельного господарства, адаптовані до актуальних вимог податкового законодавства України, а також визначено склад витрат і доходів готелів України та їх вплив на бухгалтерський облік.

The article proves the importance of research of the issues of formation and composition of production costs, production costs, as well as the issue of obtaining the income of the enterprises of the hotel industry to assess the level of profitability of hotel services. Based on the study of sectoral characteristics of the hotel enterprises, highlighted classification of the expenditures and revenues of hotel enterprises, adapted to the current requirements of the tax legislation of Ukraine, and also determined the composition of the expenditure and income of hotels in Ukraine and their influence on accounting.
