Abstract

The study guide is devoted to issues of the general part of the financial law of Ukraine. Issues of legal regulation of public finances are considered in detail. The structure of the textbook includes topics that reveal modern trends in the development of the science of financial law, namely the issue of legal regulation of the financial security of the state and the financial process. Each topic is accompanied by questions for self-control, tests and literature for in-depth study.
