Abstract

У монографії висвітлені особливості процесу доказування на стадіях досудового слідства при розслідуванні фактів ухилення від сплати податків, зборів, інших обов’язкових платежів, а також надані практичні рекомендації з розслідування зазначеної категорії злочинів. Наукове видання призначене для студентів, курсантів, аспірантів, викладачів вищих закладів освіти, працівників державної податкової служби і працівників правоохоронних органів.
