Abstract

У монографії висвітлені особливості процесу доказування на стадіях досудового слідства при розслідуванні фактів ухилення від сплати податків, зборів, інших обов’язкових платежів, а також надані практичні рекомендації з розслідування зазначеної категорії злочинів. The monograph highlights the peculiarities of the evidence process at the stages of the pre-trial investigation when investigating the facts of tax evasion, fees, other mandatory payments, and also provides practical recommendations for the investigation of the specified category of crimes.
