Abstract

The effectiveness of the readaptation of military personnel to the conditions of peaceful life accelerates the application by the management and employees of the principles of professional support, such as: normalization, legitimation, and salutogenic approach. Important for the initial screening of the level of trauma is an interview based on the TRIM (Trauma Risk Management) protocol, the results of which allow the manager (human resources specialist) to determine the positions that will be optimal at the moment.
