Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості фінансово – правового статусу органів публічної влади – суб`єктів податкових правовідносин, визначено його елементи. Автором проаналізовано напрацювання фахівців у галузі фінансового права з питань дослідження категорії «фінансово-правовий статус». У статті досліджується структура фінансово – правового статусу органів публічної влади та встановлюються різні види елементів фінансово – правового статусу державних органів. In the article the features of financial and legal status of bodies of public authority - subjects of tax legal relations are investigated, its elements are determined. The author analyzes the work of experts in the field of financial law on the issues of research in the category of "financial and legal status". The article deals with the structure of the financial and legal status of public authorities and sets out different types of financial and legal status of state bodies.
