Abstract

The article deals with theoretical aspects of the financial mechanism of enterprise's activities managing and its role in the organization of financial policy. The elements of the financial mechanism of the enterprise's activities managing are considered. In current conditions of the full-scale russian invasion, the role of the financial management mechanism of the enterprise is becoming particularly relevant and satnds among the main tasks of the modern development of Ukrainian enterprises. The components of the enterprise's financial mechanism are disclosed. The financial mechanism is an integral part of the economic mechanism and represents a set of incentive mechanisms, levers, means, forms and methods of regulating economic processes and relations. The structure of the enterprise's financial mechanism includes five interrelated parts: financial methods; financial leverage; legal support; regulatory support; informational support. The financial mechanism is the most important part of the financial policy, that is, a system of financial levers that ensure organization, planning and stimulation of enterprise's financial resources use. The main goal of the enterprise's financial policy mechanism is to obtain the expected level of profit at the minimum level of financial resources spending and risk minimisation. Ways to improve the financial managing mechanism of the company's activities have been determined.
