Abstract

The article deals with the methodological approaches of historical and legal research problems of execution of sentences in the form of imprisonment, their peculiarities are investigated and the importance for the penal institutions of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. The following are conclusions of methodological approaches of historical and legal research to problems of implementation penalties in the form of imprisonment.
