Abstract

The work analyzes the scientific and psychological literature on the problem of individual adaptation to crisis situations. Psychological factors influencing the adaptation of the individual to crisis situations are revealed. Strategies for individual adaptation to crisis situations are defined. A program for diagnosing the levels of formation of the individual's ability to adapt to crisis situations has been developed. The effectiveness of the program of adaptation of the individual to crisis situations is empirically studied.
