Abstract

У монографії досліджено проблематику суб’єктів цивільного процесуального права у напрямках співвідношення природно-правового та позитивного підходів у правовому регулюванні статусу вказаних суб’єктів, формування доктринальних засад із урахуванням тенденцій та перспектив розвитку галузі. З’ясовано сутність та охарактеризовано зміст цих суб’єктів як багатоаспектного явища, з урахуванням його положення у сучасній правовій доктрині. The monograph explores the issues of subjects of civil procedural law in the areas of the correlation of natural-legal and positive approaches in the legal regulation of the status of these subjects, the formation of doctrinal principles, taking into account trends and perspectives of the industry's development. The essence of the essence is characterized and the content of these subjects is described as a multifaceted phenomenon, taking into account its position in the modern legal doctrine.
