Аналіз функцій електронних грошей в Україні

Abstract

The modern developer of various production resources stimulates the significant sounds of the sphere, which are used in plasma documents and cash, and move to new payment instruments and reported in an electronic message. The article examines the legal basis for the functioning of electronic money in Ukraine, analyzes the volume of e-money issuance and transactions with them. The correspondence between the functions of electronic money, as a new functional form of payment, and ordinary money is considered. In the context of globalization of the world economy, development of computer and information technologies, the possibility of replacing cash with electronic forms of payment in the near future and the reasons for the slow integration of these technologies into the lives of Ukrainians have been identified. We believe that today the use of new technologies will gain momentum both in Ukraine and in the world, due to the introduction of quarantine conditions and, accordingly, more active use of electronic payment technologies for the convenience and security of society.
