Сучасні тенденції фінансової політики у сфері фондового ринку

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні тенденції фінансової політики у сфері регулювання фондового ринку, спричинені глобалізацією, та запропоновано заходи щодо вдосконалення механізму регулювання фондового ринку з метою узгодження дій основних регуляторів фондового ринку. The article deals with the main trends of financial policy in the sphere of stock market regulation caused by globalization, and proposes measures to improve the mechanism of stock market regulation in order to coordinate the actions of the main regulators of the stock market.
