Abstract

The monograph analyzes the problem of personal and professional formation of modern youth by combining the study of the sociological environment in which the professional and personal formation of youth takes place, as well as the socio-psychological analysis of socialization mechanisms. The specifics of socialization of the individual in the modern globalized world in various contexts are clarified, in particular through the analysis of the range of methods for assessing the quality of his or her readiness to construct a professional and personal life strategy.
