Анотація
In the dissertation, a comprehensive and special scientific theoretical-historical study of the problems related to the legal support of the activities of the justice bodies of Ukraine in the 20s and 30s of the 20th century was carried out. The regularities and peculiarities of understanding the phenomenon of legal support of the justice bodies of Ukraine in the 20s and 30s of the 20th century are consistently and logically highlighted.
