Реформування системи надання адміністративних послуг в Україні

Abstract

The work consists of studying the current state of the system of providing administrative services, identifying key problems and shortcomings in its functioning, as well as developing recommendations and proposals for improving the mechanisms of their provision in the context of public administration reform. The paper explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of administrative services provision; explores the world experience of reforming administrative services; analyzes the activities of administrative service centers (including the example of the Orzhytsk Village Council); determines the impact of digitalization on the system of administrative services in Ukraine (using the example of the "Diya" portal), identifies problems and offers proposals for reforming the system of administrative services provision.
