Політико-комунікативна стратегія держави в умовах інформаційної війни росії проти України

Abstract

The article highlights the peculiarities of Russia's information war against Ukraine and its allies in the context of a fullscale invasion. It is noted that the main goal of the information confrontation is disinformation of the population of Ukraine and Western countries and undermining the values of the democratic world, as well as cultivating an atmosphere of mistrust and nihilism. It is emphasized that in the current war, the Russian Federation uses various directions of information struggle against Ukraine, in particular: wide use of controlled mass media, counter-information struggle; the use of propaganda units in information and social networks; use of influence agents among the local population, etc. Attention is focused on the fact that Russia quite often repeats the mechanisms and means of information struggle that were used by Nazi Germany, in particular the manipulation of public consciousness, the spread of false information, the justification of the destruction of the peaceful civilian population, and the provoking of social, political, national and religious contradictions and conflicts. It is indicated that the main means of Russian information warfare are information and psychological operations (IPsO), the purpose of which is to exert a strategic influence on the consciousness and psychology of citizens to change their behavior, beliefs and attitudes towards the authorities, the current government, the president or specific ideas. It is noted that in order to actively counteract Russian disinformation, it is necessary to implement a systematic approach at the state level, to form national values, to develop education, media literacy, critical thinking among the population, and to promote the development of civil society initiatives in this field. In particular, the development of critical thinking helps to comprehensively and systematically analyze information, understand certain contradictions and inaccuracies, and reject false information.
