У статті йдеться про актуальність теми синдрому емоційного вигорання. Піднімається питання про те, що вчитель являється однією з найзавантаженіших категорій працівників в ємоційному плані. Описані особисті характеристики викладачів, котрі можуть сприяти розвитку синдрому емоційного вигорання.The article discusses the relevance of the topic of emotional burnout syndrome. The question is raised that the teacher is one of the most of the most emotionally loaded categories of employees. The author describes personal characteristics of teachers that can contribute to the development of emotional burnout syndrome.
