Abstract

One of the most important vectors of development of the social and economic direction in Ukraine is the reform of the pension system. It is carried out to increase the level of social protection of the population. In most of the leading countries of the world, it is one of the key elements of the social policy of the state. This area provides solutions to urgent social problems and protects the interests of citizens during retirement. The paper studies the experience of leading foreign countries in the field of pension provision.
