Abstract

This master’s thesis investigates the issues of psychological violence in the organizational environment and ways to prevent it. The main focus is on analyzing the theoretical foundations of psychological violence research, diagnosing its manifestations in different departments of the organization, and developing a system of preventive measures. An empirical study was conducted at IE Sopelnyk Vira Ivanivna with 58 employees using a complex of psychodiagnostic methods. Specific features of psychological violence manifestations in different departments were identified, and the main factors of its occurrence were determined. A comprehensive program for preventing psychological violence was developed and tested, including organizational-managerial, psychological, educational, socio-psychological, and motivational components. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the developed recommendations to create a psychologically safe organizational environment. The research materials can be useful for psychologists, HR specialists, and organizational leaders.
