Abstract

The master’s thesis investigates the psychological features of entrepreneurial activity development among small business participants in Ukraine. The main focus is on analyzing theoretical approaches to studying psychological models and factors of entrepreneurial activity, empirically researching psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs, and developing and testing a psychological support program. It has been established that success in entrepreneurial activity is determined by a complex of interrelated psychological characteristics, including achievement motivation, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and adaptability to change. The developed psychological support program has proven its effectiveness in developing key entrepreneurial competencies. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying research results to optimize psychological support for entrepreneurs and develop their professional potential.
