Формування комунікативної компетентності співробітників засобами тренінгу

Abstract

У роботі здійснено теоретико-емпіричне вивчення особливостей формування комунікативної компетентності співробітників компанії. Проведено комплексне вивчення складових комунікативної компетентності співробітників, зокрема когнітивного, емоційно-вольового та поведінкового аспектів, у контексті професійної діяльності. Здійснено емпіричне дослідження особливостей розвитку комунікативної компетентності співробітників. Розроблено тренінгову програму з формування комунікативної компетентності співробітників компанії.The paper presents a theoretical and empirical study of the features of the formation of the communicative competence of the company's employees. A comprehensive study of the components of the communicative competence of employees, in particular the cognitive, emotional-volitional and behavioral aspects, in the context of professional activity. An empirical study of the features of the development of the communicative competence of employees has been carried out. A training program has been developed to form the communicative competence of the company's employees.
