Розвиток антикорупційного законодавства за часів незалежності України

Abstract

The article examines the development of anti-corruption legislation in the context ofsocio-political conditions in Ukraine after gaining independence. The authorsresearched and identified the stages of development of anti-corruption legislation in Ukraine,analyzed regulatory acts within a certain chronological framework. The work highlights the dependence of the effectiveness of the results of combating corruption on specific measures of state regulation, which were established at each stage of the development of anti-corruption legislation. The normative component of public-legal counteraction to corruption is described and the problems that arise in preventing and combating corruption in state bodies are identified.
