Анотація
The author characterizes the system of taxing dividends, analyzes the existent practice of taxing dividends in Ukraine; examines the mechanism of taxing dividends in the context of foreign experience; and also suggests ways to improve the policy of taxing dividends aimed at invigorating the work of Ukraine’s stock market.
