Abstract

Стаття має на меті дослідити вплив впровадження технологій штучного інтелекту (ШІ) на реалізацію політичних прав і свобод людини і громадянина в умовах цифровізації державного управління в Україні. Автор аналізує потенційні переваги та ризики, що виникають на перетині технологічного прогресу, демократичного врядування та захисту прав людини.This article aims to explore the impact of the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on the realization of political rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens within the context of Ukraine’s digital transformation of public governance. The author analyzes the potential benefits and risks arising at the intersection of technological progress, democratic governance, and human rights protection.
