Деякі питання соціальної відповідальності університетів у контексті стратегічних завдань євроінтеграційного курсу України на тлі триваючої війни

Abstract

У публікації досліджено питання соціальної відповідальності різних суб’єктів суспільних відносин (територіальних громад, органів місцевого самоврядування, представників громадянського суспільства, бізнесу, закладів вищої освіти) за післявоєнну відбудову країни, відродження її демократичних механізмів управління суспільними справами частково згорнутими у період дії воєнного стану. Проаналізовано, роль університетів не лише в освіті й підготовці фахівців та інноваційній і дослідницькій діяльності, але й у соціальному відновленні та розвитку українського суспільства в умовах кризи. Досліджено, майже дворічний досвід діяльності Альянсу українських університетів, що об’єднав 6 українських ЗВО, з фондом «Відродження» та 12 громадами України в рамках пілотного проєкту «Посилення спроможності громад для відбудови через пілотування їхньої взаємодії з університетами», На підставі чого зроблено висновок, що через реалізацію третьої освітньої місії університети України спроможні й покликані стати з’єднуючими ланками між представниками різних суспільних середовищ, допомогти їм вийти на той рівень соціальної трансформації, що забезпечить українському народу можливість здобути жадану перемогу й успішно в оптимальні строки відбудувати зруйновану країну.The publication examines the issue of social responsibility of various subjects of public relations (territorial communities, local governments, representatives of civil society, business, higher education institutions) for the post-war reconstruction of the country, the revival of its democratic mechanisms for managing public affairs, partially curtailed during the period of martial law. The role of universities is analyzed not only in education and training of specialists and innovative and research activities, but also in the social restoration and development of Ukrainian society in times of crisis. The almost two-year experience of the Alliance of Ukrainian Universities, which united 6 Ukrainian HEIs, with the Renaissance Foundation and 12 communities of Ukraine within the framework of the pilot project "Strengthening the capacity of communities for reconstruction through piloting their interaction with universities", was studied. Based on this, it was concluded that through the implementation of the third educational mission, Ukrainian universities are capable and called to become connecting links between representatives of different social environments, to help them reach the level of social transformation that will provide the Ukrainian people with the opportunity to achieve the desired victory and successfully rebuild the destroyed country in the optimal time frame.
