Психологічні детермінанти асертивної поведінки співробітників beauty-сфери

Abstract

Магістерське дослідження розглядає динаміку виявлення та аналізу психологічних чинників (детермінантів), що формують та підтримують асертивну поведінку особистості, а також визначенні шляхів її розвитку та зміцнення в професійному середовищі. У межах дослідження було здійснено теоретичний аналіз проблеми асертивної поведінки, визначено її психологічні детермінанти у професійній діяльності сфери послуг, проведено емпіричне дослідження рівня асертивності співробітників beauty-сфери з використанням методик «ТОКАС» та методики В. Каппоні-Т. Новака, а також розроблено й апробовано психокорекційну програму розвитку асертивної поведінкиThe master's research examines the dynamics of identifying and analyzing psychological factors (determinants) that form and support assertive behavior of an individual, as well as determining ways of its development and strengthening in a professional environment.
