Інтелектуалізація публічного управління та адміністрування

Abstract

Робота полягає в комплексному дослідженні процесів інтелектуалізації публічного управління та адміністрування, визначенні теоретичних засад, аналізі сучасних практик і виявленні напрямів підвищення його ефективності. Дослідили сутність, еволюцію та сучасні підходи інтелектуалізації публічного управління; узагальнили міжнародний досвід впровадження інтелектуальних технологій у публічне управління; визначили сучасний стан процесів інтелектуалізації публічного управління в Україні; оцінили рівень цифровизації та використання інтелектуальних технологій у діяльності Бучанської міської ради; виявили проблеми та запропонували напрями підвищення рівня інтелектуалізації публічного управління та адміністрування в УкраїніThe study provides a comprehensive examination of the processes of intellectualization in public governance and administration, defining its theoretical foundations, analyzing contemporary practices, and identifying directions for enhancing its effectiveness. The essence, evolution, and modern approaches to the intellectualization of public governance are explored. International experience in the implementation of intelligent technologies in public administration is generalized. The current state of intellectualization processes in public governance in Ukraine is assessed. The level of digitalization and the use of intelligent technologies in the activities of the Bucha City Council are evaluated. Key challenges are identified, and directions for increasing the level of intellectualization of public governance and administration in Ukraine are proposed
