Механізм взаємодії влади та публічного управління

Abstract

Робота полягає в теоретичному обґрунтуванні та комплексному аналізі механізму взаємодії влади та публічного адміністрування, а також у розробленні практичних пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності його функціонування в сучасних умовах розвитку системи публічного управління України. Проаналізували наукові підходи до визначення сутності публічної влади та публічного адміністрування; дослідили зміст і структуру механізму їх взаємодії; проаналізували нормативно-правові засади взаємодії суб’єктів публічної влади; оцінка сучасного стану функціонування механізму взаємодії в Україні; виявили основні проблеми і обмеження ефективної взаємодії; обґрунтували напрямки її вдосконаленняThe study provides a theoretical substantiation and comprehensive analysis of the mechanism of interaction between public authority and public administration, as well as develops practical proposals aimed at enhancing its effectiveness under the current conditions of development of Ukraine’s public governance system. Scientific approaches to defining the essence of public authority and public administration are analyzed. The content and structure of the mechanism of their interaction are examined. The regulatory and legal framework governing the interaction of public authority entities is reviewed. The current state of functioning of the interaction mechanism in Ukraine is assessed. The main problems and limitations of effective interaction are identified. Directions for improving this mechanism are substantiated
