Abstract

У статті розглядається глобальний вимір аномії в умовах другого постмодерну та її вплив на соціальні, культурні й економіко-правові процеси. Розкривається відмінність між аномією та цивілізаційною самобутністю й автохтонністю, акцентується увага на конфліктному характері взаємодії цивілізацій в умовах глобалізації. На основі положень соціологічних і культурологічних концепцій аналізуються суперечності між цивілізаційними цінностями, межі економіко-правової конвергенції та наслідки культурно-політичної експансії. Особливу увагу приділено деформації ціннісно-смислових і моральних орієнтирів, зокрема у ставленні до природи, раціонального використання та охорони надр. Обґрунтовується, що розрив між декларативним визнанням моральних норм і практикою глобальних відносин посилює дезінтеграцію, конкуренцію та соціальну стратифікацію. Визначається, що суспільства, охоплені системною аномією, характеризуються внутрішньою конфліктністю, яка створює сприятливі умови для виникнення криміногенних наслідків і детермінації злочинних практик.The article examines the global dimension of anomie in the context of the second postmodernity and its impact on social, cultural, economic and legal processes. It distinguishes anomie from civilizational identity and autochthony, emphasizing the conflictual nature of interaction between civilizations under globalization. Drawing on sociological and cultural theories, the article analyzes contradictions between civilizational values, the limits of economic and legal convergence, and the consequences of cultural and political expansion. Particular attention is paid to the distortion of value-based, semantic and moral orientations, especially those concerning attitudes towards nature, the rational use of mineral resources, and their protection. The article argues that the gap between the declarative recognition of moral norms and the actual practices of global relations intensifies disintegration, competition and global stratification. It further identifies that societies affected by systemic anomie are characterized by internal conflict, which creates conditions conducive to criminogenic consequences and the emergence of criminal practices.
