Abstract

In the qualification work, the effectiveness of the psychological support of the personnel management system was theoretically substantiated and verified. Conceptual principles of psychological support of personnel management are defined. Features of psychotypes of managers are described. Modern approaches to the system of psychological support of personnel management have been studied. The Program "Development of psychological competence of the manager" was implemented, which consists of three modules: "Leadership and effective management", "Staff adaptation. Development of a staff adaptation system", "Stress resistance as a personal property of managers" and its effectiveness determined.
