Abstract

Стрімкий розвиток інноваційних технологій іноді становить загрозу не лише життю та гідності окремої людини, але й в цілому існуванню людству. На сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства значно зростає роль біоетики, зумовлюючи її інтеграцію як у сферу міжнародного права, так і міжнародних відносин, яскравим прикладом чого став виклик пандемії COVID-19. Це також зумовлює значний науково-практичний інтерес до цієї теми в останні роки. Узгодження новітніх досягнень науки не тільки з етичними нормами, але й з самим правом на життя є важливим завданням сьогодення. Ця актуальність полягає не лише в етичних проблемах прав людини, що пов’язані зі сферами біології та медицини, а насамперед з новими викликами, які постають перед сучасним міжнародним правом. The rapid development of innovative technologies sometimes poses a threat not only to the life and dignity of an individual, but also to the existence of humanity as a whole. At the current stage of society's development, the role of bioethics is significantly increasing, leading to its integration into both international law and international relations, a vivid example of which is the challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic. This also determines the significant scientific and practical interest in this topic in recent years. The reconciliation of the latest scientific achievements not only with ethical norms, but also with the right to life itself is an important task of today. This relevance lies not only in the ethical problems of human rights related to the fields of biology and medicine, but primarily in the new challenges facing modern international law.
